Intermediate Aerial Arts (6-9) • *NO SHOW (13/14)

This class is designed for participants ages 6-9

In this Intermediate class, students will have completed Beginner Aerial Arts (6-9) or an equivalent program with any alternative studio. Aerialists will take their next steps into their journey as they continue to progress in both Aerial Silks and Aerial Hoop [also referred to as Lyra]! Taking things to new heights and introducing new challenges to prepare for Advanced programs in the future!

Please note that safety is a priority in our training values. 

• Warm ups will be led in the first 15 minutes of class time and is mandatory before apparatus use.

Class Preparation:

• Appropriate attire: form fitting athletic wear ideally covering the backs of the knees and torso.

• Please avoid clothing with: zippers / buttons / clasps.

• Hair should be styled back out of the face [IF APPLICABLE].

• No footwear required.

• Water bottles are highly recommended.

• You may be asked to remove jewellery if it poses a risk while using the apparatus.
