Aerial Arts (15+) • *SHOWCASE (10/14)

This class is designed for participants ages 15+

Participants in this class will choose to learn tricks and skills on Aerial Silks OR Aerial Hoop [also referred to as Lyra]. Both apparatus will be accommodated. This is a 'learn at your own pace' class, and no experience or prerequisites are required. All Levels will be accommodated, no matter if you are an absolute beginner or a seasoned pro, you will be able to advance in your training. Each week participants will learn new skills and progressions, with the guidance of our trained coaches. 

Please note that safety is a priority in our training values. 

• Warm ups will be led in the first 15 minutes of class time and is mandatory before apparatus use.

• Level Testing will be completed before advancing to the next level. This assesses strength, mobility and endurance abilities that are required for the upcoming level. 
  
  

*SHOWCASE 
Students enrolled in this class will have the option to participate in the Year End Showcase on December 16th 2025. Students must decide in their participation no later than November 3rd.

Class Preparation:

• Appropriate attire: form fitting athletic wear ideally covering the backs of the knees and torso.

• Please avoid clothing with: zippers / buttons / clasps.

• Hair should be styled back out of the face [IF APPLICABLE].

• No footwear required.

• Water bottles are highly recommended.

• You may be asked to remove jewelry if it poses a risk while using the apparatus.
