Designed for all experience levels, each session encourages creativity, confidence, and connection—whether you're learning solo shapes or exploring partnered balances.

Students enrolled in this class have the option to participate in the Year End Showcase on December 16th 2025.
Students must decide in their participation no later than November 3rd.

Class Preparation:
Appropriate attire: form fitting athletic wear.
Please avoid clothing with zippers / buttons / clasps.
Hair should be styled back out of the face [IF APPLICABLE].
No footwear required.
Water bottles are highly recommended.
Please remove all jewelry.
Please practice proper hygiene prior to class.
